Last week we launched our Camus Monbazillac Cask Finish Cognac, as part of a collaboration to save the last vineyards in the Cognac Appellation of the Dordogne region. Raised from 100% Colombard grape variety and finished in sweet wine Monbazillac casks, in the historical tower of Saint-Aulaye castle, this cognac has a rich and distinctive aromatic profile offering dried fruits, sweet spices and orange peel, highlighted by refined notes of roasted coffee bean. We are excited to announce the first batch of 3,000 bottles is now available.
