Paradies Lagardère has revealed new stores at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), as part of a retail rejuvenation programme that will see it open a total of 14 stores during the scheme’s second phase.
The new stores feature local and international brands that the airport believes will resonate with travellers, including travel necessities shop Over the Rhine Market, local gifts and souvenirs shop Gaslight Gifts, apparel and accessories company No Boundaries, and TripAdvisor, which will provide travel essentials, newspapers, magazines, and Health & Beauty items.
Paradies Lagardère President and CEO Gregg Paradies said: “Paradies Lagardère is thrilled at the opportunity to continue its long-standing relationship with CVG, and work with the airport as it moves into its next phase. We’re confident that the retail program Paradies Lagardère has put together will offer travellers an enhanced customer experience unlike any other.
“We’re introducing several exciting proprietary concepts and popular brands for travellers to enjoy and there’s more to come to the airport. We look to continuing this successful partnership with CVG.”
CVG CEO Candace McGraw added: “We’re excited that the new CVG shops are elevating the customer experience while bringing in local flair and providing another avenue to tell the story of our region’s unique offerings to travellers.”
In the coming months, travellers at CVG will also see locally-inspired concepts such as Queen City Exposition, Seven Hills, as well as Books, Barrels and Bridges, and proprietary concepts Semi Sweet and The Scoreboard.
Popular brands such as Brooks Brothers, Brighton, Spanx, and travel essential stores CNBCand Today are also planned to open soon.
